what to expect

During the Food Fellowship, you’ll learn transferable skills (skills that will come in handy for the rest of your life) all through the lens of food. You’ll receive on-the-job training and mentorship in different areas of the food industry meet community leaders doing great things in our community.

You’ll graduate the Food Fellowship with new connections, a resume and references, ServSafe certification, and skills and knowledge that will benefit you in your life and future career.

 

Eligibility

High School student in Marion County

Willing to commit to Food Fellowship schedule

Commitment to graduate high school

Commitment to follow-up meetings after Food Fellowship graduation

Must be able to lift 30lbs without assistance

Must be able to work extended hours on feet
